What Makes Specialty Coffee Special?

At Parak’s Farms, we are dedicated to growing only specialty coffee beans—but what truly sets them apart?

Specialty coffee is a high-quality coffee carefully grown, processed, and brewed to bring out its unique flavors and characteristics. Typically made from Arabica beans, it must score 80 points or higher on a 100-point scale, as evaluated by certified Q-Graders under Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) standards. Only about 5–10% of the world’s coffee qualifies as specialty grade, making it a rare and exceptional choice compared to mass-produced coffee.

What Makes Them So Rare?

Unlike commercial coffee, specialty coffee requires strict growing and processing conditions.

At Parak Harvest, we are committed to producing specialty coffee that stands out—not just in quality, but in the care and passion behind every bean.
