Crafted with Patience & Precision

After careful development on the tree, the journey of our coffee continues with the manual harvesting of each cherry at its optimal ripeness. Using various traditional methods such as natural processing, honeys, washed, and fermentation, our beans undergo a slow drying process. During this time, they are kept at moderate temperatures and exposed to the sun in a carefully controlled manner over several days, ensuring exceptional quality and flavor in every cup.
