Our Team

We hold a diverse community, with members in Kitchener-Waterloo and Montreal in Canada, to Michoacan and Saltillo in Mexico. Collectively, our team seamlessly integrates each unique mastery in order to foster a single, cumulative standard for excellence across all facets of our products.

Luis Miranda

Originally from Tacámbaro, Michoacán, Luis is the third generation to carry on the legacy of the Parak farm, where he and his family cultivate a diverse range of fruits, including avocados and coffee. After completing his university studies in Mexico, Luis moved to Canada to pursue a PhD at the University of Waterloo in Ontario. He later began his career as a professor at McGill University in Montreal. Despite the physical distance, his passion for sustainable agriculture and his strong connection to his roots have remained a constant source of inspiration throughout his journey.

Our dynamic team in Mexico is headed by our Director Alfredo Miranda (from left).
Adrian Gomez, our Head Roaster and Production Lead. Dariana is our Manager and Team Production Lead, and Adrian Miranda oversees marketing and sales activities in Mexico.
